International Shipping Powered by 

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

NOTE: All International payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com

Please note: We must list actual cost on customs forms, because we are legally responsible for any mislabeled packages. We cannot label packages as "Gift", "Sample", or anything but "Other". We also will not change the customs value on any label to anything but what the actual price is.

• Orders over $100 will be shipped FedEx insured or USPS Priority insured at no additional cost.
• In Most Cases, Orders Placed before 1 pm CST will be shipped same day Monday - Friday. Unless otherwise noted on a product's detail page under 'Availability'
• Air Filter Orders Ship from a Separate Warehouse; Estimated Handling Time is 4-10 Business Days on Air Filters ONLY.

The tracking numbers you receive in your shipping confirmation emails may not function for up to 24 hours. The information must register in the FedEx or USPS system before they will become active & searchable.
